Ang made Roasted Garlic & Onion Jam for Christmas. We finally got around to using it today. I made roast beef sandwiches on Portuguese roll with melted provolone cheese. On the top of the bun I spread her jam. The lumpy parts are the roasted garlic. Yummy sandwiches, just like eating lunch in a high end restaurant.
