
I decorated the cupcakes to look like Easter chicks. Jenny recommended I keep things simple, so my chicks only have eyes and a beak. I used edible yellow glitter on the lemon cream cheese frosting to look like the chicks fluffy down.

As a group they look kinda cute. I'm taking them to a family Easter party so I didn't want to cut one open to show off the raspberry filling. Hopefully they will be tasty.

those are great! and yes, one of the secrets of the animal cupcakes is to photograph them in a group. mine are always cuter in a posse.
