Made the no-knead bread in January. Dad and Jeff liked it, I'm not sure. Thought maybe it need salt?? Of course I had salt free butter so that may have been part of the problem. I think I will buy a new pan and try it again--was easy enough.

At first I thought I was in Seattle again. As I had sat at a restaurant long the fish market they offered what appears to be the same type of bread~ however they had called it sour dough. Awesome with Garlic Butter! Care to share your instructions?
