Christmas Hot Pads

Jenny posted this toweling fabric on her blog. I liked it and bought some on Etsy. I made a few kitchen towels to go with snowman hot pads I made. Some of the hot pads were donated to fund raiser at our church, others will be Christmas presents.

I made two color combinations of hot pads, some have green borders.

The others have red borders.

Both styles have plaid backs.

I saw this Fons & Porter seam ripper on someones blog last year. It made the chain stitching on the hot pads easy to separate, much quicker than scissors.

The hot pads turned out darling. I like the plaid on the back. Good choice.

Same same. I didn't see it on Jenny's blog yet but I bought some of that too!
