Easter Projects

This is my great niece, Audrey. Of course I'm biased but I think she is a real cutie.



I made her a bib so she wouldn't dirty her Easter dress.



The bunny was hand embroidered.



The bib could be reversible.



I used fabric scraps to make some Easter egg hot pads.



The backs were made from the extra bib fabric.

Using Up Scraps

I've been trying to downsize my stash. To use up some of the odds and ends, I made a baby quilt for charity.



The center is a vintage pillow panel, probably from the 70's.



The string quilt block border is made up of scraps in the same colors as the cat.



The happy bug backing is some clearance fabric from JoAnn Fabric.
