Easter Cupcakes

Jenny, my daughter, has been making cute filled cupcakes for the past few years. I originally made the cream filled cupcakes but she has taken the idea to new levels. Recently she made some lemon raspberry filled cupcakes that looked so good I had to try them. I found some cute Easter liners to use.

I decorated the cupcakes to look like Easter chicks. Jenny recommended I keep things simple, so my chicks only have eyes and a beak. I used edible yellow glitter on the lemon cream cheese frosting to look like the chicks fluffy down.

As a group they look kinda cute. I'm taking them to a family Easter party so I didn't want to cut one open to show off the raspberry filling. Hopefully they will be tasty.
